CHS creates rooms for children!
The Children and Family Centre was built in the August-Bebel-Allee, Vahr Nord, Bremen, in May 2014. The daycare centre is a small facility with a personal, familiar atmosphere.
CHS Container Handel GmbH's job was to build a daycare centre out of rented containers that fulfils current furnishing standards for a daycare centre. Covering an area of nearly 570 m², the facility is equipped with everything a modern daycare centre needs.
CHS room elements are excellently suitable because of their availability on short notice and rapid installation on site. Construction time is much shorter than with a masonry construction. Even regulatory compliance (energy saving regulations, fire safety requirements, etc.) is not a major challenge for the room elements, since these things are basically part of the standard version.
Generous windows contribute to a pleasant environment at the August-Bebel-Allee daycare centre. A hot-water heating system and additional underfloor heating ensure pleasant warmth in the rooms, even on cold days.
The technical equipment of the CHS rental modules includes everything that a modern daycare centre needs. Examples include finger-trap protection on the doors, child-friendly sanitary facilities, disabled toilets, storerooms for prams, barrier-free access, and corridors with 2.20 m width.
The children as well as the staff feel very comfortable in the rental containers from CHS, and even the parents are very happy with what CHS managed to set up within a short time for the children!
